Join the Department of Film, Video, Animation & New Genres at UWM’s Peck School of the Arts for a week-long Film Production day camp! Running June 22–26, 9am–4pm in our Kenilworth Square East Building & Mitchell Hall, this comprehensive experience will include workshops on Storytelling & Screenwriting, Cinematography & Lighting, and Post-Production & Editing throughout a series of hands-on studio and lab activities led by our department instructors.
Limited enrollment available to rising 9–12 graders.
Summer Film Camp Registration Fee
Split payments available: $325 due at time of registration & $325 due by June 1 (First payment is charged at time of ticket purchase. Registrants must complete a second ticket purchase for the remaining balance by June 1st. A second payment link will be emailed to the parent/guardian contact information provided to complete the second payment)

Summer Film Camp Housing Fee
On-campus housing is available during the camp for an extra fee of $350 which includes a shared double bedroom as part of a four-bedroom suite with shared bathroom and kitchen. Check-in is Sunday June 21st and check-out is Friday June 26th. Breakfast, dinner, snacks, Wifi, air conditioning, linens, shuttle service to program, evening activities and 24-hour secure staffing included.
